This Dancing Rays Bowl was built with a desert buff clay body, then the rays were made from the speckled brown clay body for contrast.  The glaze is greenville green, a  high-fire glaze that combined several of our favorite glazes.  This bowl reminds me of Clearwater Beach in the spring, when you have to do the sting ray shuffle, therefore the Dancing Rays.
