This Sting Ray Shuffle Platter was built with a speckled brown clay body, then the rays were made from the desert buff clay body for contrast.  The glaze is greenville green, a  high-fire glaze that combined several of our favorite glazes.  This platter reminds me of Clearwater Beach in the spring, when you have to do the sting ray shuffle.
