| Treasure! Treasure! This is the third Treasure Map Platter to come out of the oven. As with the one made for Stanley, Sheri and Issaic, it was slab built from the speckled brown clay body looks very much like the sandy beaches of the Caribbean, and home in Clearwater. This treasure chest was glazed with the waterfall brown high fire glaze, which shows off the wood planking. I think I'll keep this one for some parties of my own! |

| The Treasure Map Platters have been very popular. I made this one for a house warming gift for Stanley, Sheri and Issaic (my son and his family). It was slab built from the speckled brown clay body because with the staining and high fire clear glaze, the clay body looks very much like the sandy beaches of the Caribbean. The treasure chest was glazed with Rutile Blue high fire glaze, that breaks out nicely in the crevices. The inside of the chest was glazed with Ashville blue. I hope they will enjoy the platter at many nice parties that they host while in their new home! |

| This Wedding Shells Bowl was specially made for my niece and her husband for their wedding day. It was built with the desert buff clay body, which lets the greenville green high fire glaze really look bright and beachy. I hope that while stationed in Germany, that this piece will give them the comforting reminder of home in Florida! |

| Florida Rhum Bottle, especially made for my husband, Gary. It is slab built from the desert buff clay body. Once the slab was rolled, I rolled a nice alligator looking imprint into to it that really showed off one of my new store bought high-fire glazes, Ancient Jasper. I really like the way the bottle turned out...it just needs a stopper now, and I just built one, so there will be an updated photo added later! |
